Submitting the enquiry form does not create a booking. We will confirm availability and send a written quote. Quotes are valid for the period stated within them.

A booking is confirmed once you accept the written quote and any agreed deposit has been received. The confirmation sets out the date, timings, venue, performance length and total fee.

Any deposit secures your date and is non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing. The balance is due by the date shown on your booking confirmation.

Please tell us as early as possible if your date, venue or timings change and we will do our best to accommodate them. Cancellation terms are set out in your booking confirmation. In the rare event that illness or circumstances beyond our control prevent us performing, we will offer a suitable replacement performer where possible or refund sums paid for the performance.

The client is responsible for arranging safe access, a suitable and weather-protected performance area, power where required, and any venue permissions or restrictions such as sound limiters or curfews. Please let us know about these in advance.

We may take photographs or short video clips of our performance for promotional use. Tell us before the event if you would prefer we did not, and we will respect that.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability in connection with a booking is limited to the fee paid for that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
